Arts Hub Brockville Thrilled to Announce Our Fall Workshop Series
There is something special about September. As summer gives way to autumn, many of us settle back into familiar routines while looking ahead to new possibilities and activities. It is a season that inspires fresh starts, renewed energy, and the opportunity to learn something new. At Arts Hub Brockville, we believe there is no better time to reconnect with your creative side.
Creativity enriches our lives in countless ways. It encourages us to slow down, see the world differently, build confidence, and connect with others through shared experiences. Whether you are discovering a new artistic passion or continuing to develop your skills, creating art is about the creative journey.
This fall, Arts Hub Brockville is excited to welcome artists and community members to a diverse lineup of workshops led by talented local instructors. Our Fall Workshop Series includes:
Oil Painting in a New Age with Andrea Mossop. Four Wednesday mornings from September 23 - November 25
Mixed Media with Alison Story. Saturday. September 26 from 9 am to 4 pm
Card Making with Charlene Byrd. Sunday, October 4 from 1 pm to 4 pm
Open Studio for Painters with Bob Shackles. Saturday, October 31 from 9 am to 4 pm
Painting David Hockney's Technicolour with Andrea Mossop, Saturday, November 7 from 9 am to 4 pm
Painting Turner's Magical Light with Andrea Mossop. Saturday, November 21 from 9 am to 4 pm
One of the benefits of our workshops is their small class size. By keeping classes small, participants receive more individual attention from the instructor, have opportunities to ask questions, receive personalized feedback, and learn at a comfortable pace. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced artist, you will enjoy learning in a supportive environment.
Arts Hub Brockville strives to be a true community space where creativity is celebrated, friendships are formed, and everyone feels welcome. Have an idea for a future workshop? Is there an artist, technique, or creative experience you would love to explore? We would love to hear from you. Your ideas and suggestions can help shape future programming and ensure that Arts Hub Brockville continues to grow as a vibrant, creative hub that reflects the interests of our community.
As we welcome the changing season, we invite you to join us in celebrating creativity, lifelong learning, and community. Whether you are returning to the studio or visiting Arts Hub Brockville for the first time, there is a place for you here.
