Into the Woods

Youth Opportunities in the Arts is thrilled to partner once again with the Brockville Operatic Society for another workshop presentation, this time, led by Naomi McNeill and highlighting Stephen Sondheim’s “Into the Woods”. 

This is the fourth workshop in a series designed to introduce and educate our youth in the performance practice of Musical Theatre. 

The workshop’s are the brainchild of Anita Mortsch and Jordan Ross and have proved to be invaluable to youngsters interested in auditioning and taking part in musicals and community theatre. “The first three workshops focused more on singing and choreography” said Mortsch, “where Into the Woods will concentrate more on acting, scene work and delivering lines”. 

The workshop presentation will take place on Monday and Tuesday, October 26 and 27 @ 6:00 pm at Arts Hub Brockville.

Admission is free but donations to the YOA and Arts Hub Brockville will happily be accepted.
